A pic question...

How do I go about adding a pic to my sig line... I have seen it done and have even seen a thread about it but can't find the damned thing now... any help would be really appreciated. Please bear in mind that I am as computer illiterate as they come

You can upload a pic in your profile and link one from there,or post a pic to a thread and link it to that page.

Heya hon!

If you want the image to actually show it has to pulled off of a website said image has been downloaded onto. A website that will allow it that is. If they don't, you'll wind up with a nice little white box with a cute lil red x in the middle of it. Been there, done that. Code below.

Only thing, just replace the { & } with [ & ]. Same key on the board, just don't shift.

Volia! Its easy once ya get the hang of it. Trouble is finding a site that you can pull the pic from.

ok but what if its a pic on my hard drive that I want to post ?? I dont think I want to get into the hassle of copying the pic to a host somewhere, then figuring out a link to the host.... must be a simpler way....

The BB software has been set to show attachments as links instead of displaying the picture. It was changed from the default bcause the attachement database was getting so large that it was affecting the BB response time and slowing everything down for everyone.
