l guess l should count my lucky stars l don't have a beard with gray in it....
Thank you for you kindness....l have worked hard at keeping myself in good shape since l was a teen with exercise and most healthy eating...we all like to treat ourselves to junk now and then....

Before, I would shave every week.That's good. We should all take better care of ourselves. I have a bit of a problem with laziness though.
Not a big fan of junk anymore but I do indulge from time to time. I need to lift weights again. It helps.
