i was told not long ago that i am a "masocistic dominating submissive with a sadistic streak"

but as some time has past i have started to see that the statement fits me like a glove, i can't really explain it but it's true

the label brings up an image of a switch but i don't feel that i am or could be a switch, so i am somewhat confused in a D/s sense. but if i look at from where i am now (which is purely a s/m kink) it feels good

once again i am making no sense

sounds plausible, maybe like something close to what you might be (though I don't know you). I think it's good to recognize one's complexity; I hate to see a person reduce herself to a single label and essence (as in "I am a sub.)

Labels don't necessarily fit everyone. I say that I am a switch and that I am a submissive, depending on how I feel. Why? Because, my true nature, the nature that is most often present, is a submissive one. However, my ex-girlfriend did bring out a dominant side in me, and it felt natural to dominate her... so... I am capable of being dominant, but feel most comfortable as a submissive.

I dunno, confusing as well. 'Switch' is the quick word.
