Is it? Sometimes I really wonder if it isn't! I had the day from hell (though my mood has mellowed with a few glasses of wine) and I'm casting my net of blame far and wide because it was a series of MEN that made it so!

I'd dedicate a song to this thread, but damned if I can think of one!

Help me here, I'm exorcising demons. When you get pissed off…I mean REALLY hopping mad, what do you do? What do you listen to? How do YOU exorcise the demons?

But it wouldn't be nothin'....noooothin'...without...a woman or a girl.

Personally, I go sprint up a hill or 6.

Hi babe. Sorry to hear the gender got you down today, and not in that special way. I'm here if you need anything.

As for when I get really mad - can't help you out. I bottle it up inside. Not healthy, I know, but that's just the way I deal. I'll hash it out 2 or 3 days later if that's an option.

Oh, and thanks again for the Av. I  it!

Well, it depends on the situation for me. (Hope a male point of view is OK) Deep breaths is my immediate reaction. I try for a minute of 3 second inhales followed by 5 second exhales- its called the "Signal Breath", and getting a more steady flow of oxygen into your body calms you. I also try to reason that I will not let the guilty parties make me lose my cool, since they're never worth it. As for music, Bob Marley seems to work pretty well.

Hey Riles---Sorry about the bad day. That sucks.

Tell them all to fuck you and the fuck the horse you rode in on!

Or Tell them to fuckin ride their ass on outta here!!

Then I usually put my joggin pants on, grab my rock and roll tapes (sweet home alabama my favorite) and hit the runnin track.

Or hit the bars and be the biggest tease that mankind has ever seen;) As beautiful and as nice of body as you have I'm sure you would have those men tied up in knots.

Just me..... not much help huh! Wish I had better answers:)

Take care:kiss:

It's darker then I thought it would be....hmmmm.

I'm just pissed at my own ignorance and getting screwed over multiple times by them today. What happened to chivalry, dammit???

Of course a male point of view is okay. Yes my primary frustration is because of a few inconsiderate pukes who I let get under my skin, but I'm not really on a man hunt. Thank you for your addition!

chuckling

I'm going to be high handed and say that they're not worthy of the pleasure of MY company tonight! Nope, it's just me, the "girls", a couple glasses of wine and oreo ice cream - surprisingly a good combination. *grins*

Thanks honey! *hugs*

I know what the problem is - you're probably one who always gives the benefit of the doubt. I'm not sure if it's an "ingrained from birth" female thing - (always be nice) or what, but even thought you *know* better, you do it anyway. And then, when you prove yourself right, you get upset at yourself for going against your own logic.

*sigh*

Happens to me all the time. I don't think all chivalry is dead, but sometimes, it's damn hard to find.

If its any consolation, I also think that 99% of rudeness comes from some form of insecurity.

You know me so well....WHY CAN'T YOU BE A MAN???

Oh wait...I'm mad at that gender right now.

I agree wholeheartedly! And I was kind enough to point out precisely what I thought one individual was insecure about in front of a half dozen of his co-workers! Cheap and dirty, but I was tired of uneven playing fields.

On that note, I think I'm signing up for an autobody class!!!

sounds like you could use a man around the house to kick around some.

Sorry that your day sucked. It is a man's world out there and that isnt fair. Women get the short end of the stick all the time and it's nothing more than a few thousand years of ignorance.

BTW....did I mention that I'm married to a professor of human resources? She keeps me in line!

grins

Thank you, I needed that image.

It's true! Most diddly squat piss ass men are not worth it.

Are you kidding?? Wine and Ice Cream?? Yikes, that's got my lips all puckered up:D

Next solution- beer, candles, and a nice hot soak in the tub. Then the next time some asshole plays himself lay it on him babe;) It's a big blow me phrase that he deserves!!

Hugs back at ya!

I know, and if you actually were to read a few of these posts, you'd realize that this is a half-hearted attempt at easing my frustrations. I'm well aware not ALL men are the guilty party, but right now I'm in a scum-portion-of-the-male-gender-bashing-mood - humour me.

I was ready to deck the salesman, but I figured it'd hurt my hand more then it'd hurt his face. And don't knock the wine and icecream...it's going down rather well. (I already did the bath - it's why I'm so sugar sweet right now)

Humouring away...

I bet you were right, though. About the insecure idiot. I guess the "in front of his friends" part is what caused the bad reaction. *Some* men still play by the caveman rules. I cannot appear weak infront of anyone because they will take advantage of me and take my woman, my weapons, and leave me to die.

And I'm glad I'm not a guy, although sometimes I swear it would be so much easier to get what I want in life. Luckily my usually level head gets me what I want in the end.

Oh God. Not a salesman. And judging from the "autobody class" remark, are we dealing with a car salesman?

*licks* - Mmmmmmmm - sweet...

You are my voice of reason, now shut up and have a drink! *grins*
