There could be three directions it could be developed:

Fair, I suppose the story would be implied consent, described through the women enjoying the activities. Anyway, granted the unaware is a risky one, but the knowing partner or wife would be on the table. Of course. It's non-con. But non-con is a kink that has fans at both ends, both rapists and willing rapees. It comes in many gradations, and this could be adjusted relatively easily to any of those levels, even "Consensual Non-Consent" that is a thing too. I think the idea has it's cousins in "portal sex" stories, where person's genitals are relocated relatively to their body, to be abused by unknowns. Wearing the portal device is usually an act nominally consented to, though, even if often through coercive pressure.

As an option to 'give' consent, maybe one or a group of women made this techno marvel of a toy.
