Tonight, in a desperate need to unwind and relax, I took a long hot bath, lotioned myself with expensive, scented lotion, did a manicure and a pedicure.

Just talking to WC helps ground me and make me warm and fuzzy inside.

The hot bath definitely helps. And I have an old-fashioned clawfoot tub that is shaped in a recline position...great for bubbles up to my chin. I think I may have to do that tonite. Very upsetting day. Saw an ex that pretty much ripped my heart out and devastated me. All the pain and hurt, insecurity just flooded right back--it bothers me that after all these years, seeing him still reminds me of the hurt. I really dont think of him at all until I see him (thank god its not often). This definitely constitutes a very long bubble bath night for me.
