I was at work when I got the call. Dropped the phone. Started breathing heavily. A guy who was so loving and caring about everyone else and no one saw it coming. I can’t wrap my head around it. So crushed

it is so difficult, especially when there are no signs or symptoms. i can empathize. i know how it feels to lose love unexpectedly to death. it is like losing a limb.
