"Cheers!" Chad waved at yet another group of people exiting the house, muttering a silent curse that the ratio of guys to hotties in the house was getting uncomfortably high. Things seemed to be winding down, and while the party had been fun, he hadn't gotten any.
This was his friend Larry's house, and while he knew that he, Larry, and Wayne would likely be the last ones to leave - he had barely gotten two beers in him with all of the dancing and talking he'd been doing - still, there was something missing in. The party had been wild; the scattered items in the house, snacks and glasses littered around everywhere. He'd enjoy it, just liked he'd enjoy the hangout time with Wayne and Larry afterward, but still...he walked into the kitchen, deciding he'd start his drinking now.
He was fortunate that more time did not pass, as someone caught his eye. She was walking around the entertainment room, unattached, seemingly lost, although that wasn't what he noticed first.... Chad dropped the bottle he'd picked up to make his way over to her, grateful to finally catch an unattached hottie.
"Hello there." He leaned against the wall. "You look like you're looking for someone..." Chad stopped at her reply; he hadn't expected that she was *actually* looking for someone.
"Oh, they left about half an hour ago, I think." He sighed. "Seems like a lot of folks are going that way now...." The look in her eyes told him what he needed to know. "Do you need a lift home? I can give you one in a bit, if you'd like..." It'd deter his plans to hang out with the guys, but if it meant he could spend more time with this tempting coed, then all the better.
