Most nights I'm here, especially lately. I just read more than I write. The problem isn't that I'm here. Nothing wrong with being here. The problem is I'd really rather be out in the world with other people. You see?

Try it this way: No Lit for 12 hours.

That should take care of any desire to have an alarm wake you up an hour after you go to bed, for you to say "but it's morning in Australia" or anything like that

I do this on a regular basis. It is quite freeing to be able to do this...four years ago, I never would have thought it possible. I am not bragging...because I can totally relate to those who aren't at that point yet.
