Would you want to be one?
I would be more than happy with around $30,000,000 or so. I would purchase a moderately-sized log house out the woods somewhere and drive a jeep. And still, all of what I want would probably all cost under 1 million. It isn't necessary for a single person to live in a 30,000 square foot multi-million-dollar mansion.
I am a very humble man and I only take what I need and not what I want.
Billionaires and their families are constant targets of kidnappings and ransoms, fraud, assassinations, etc..
