A big time lit theif. Recognize yours or others?

Small update: I have shared again, this time the link to Turner's FB page, stating again what's going on.

Also, a quick check on her Amazon books, if I did it right showed 129 results. I'm hoping that means even more have been pulled.

Wow, I refreshed the page, and it's down to 54.

I do believe she's done on Amazon.

Whoooo. Better than the 129 I saw. :) Although I'm talking Kindle books, and she does have a few listed under paperback.

Could you link to the page you saw?

Scrolling through the listings, I see a large number with "pricing information not available". Probably the next bunch to vanish.

Yep, she's toast.

I have slammed her on her first-listed book on Goodreads (as have a couple of others in their votes), which, fortuitously, is title Oops. Already have received an e-mail from a reader who thanked me for pointing the issue out.

Great. I put a similar comment on another Goodreads title. It was the title she'd given to my story that she'd stolen, although it had links to Amazon and a couple of other places but they didn't work. Guess she hadn't changed the links there.

Hey, the one that had mine in it is gone. Yay. :)

And now down to 19 ( when I clicked to the second page of results, anyway ) with a couple more still listed as "pricing information not available".

This may be telling you something you already know but this is what amazon want you to do.

Man if she is not home right now she is coming home to a serious shit storm.

I wonder if this is through the few complaints people sent or the huge list my publisher sent last night and I followed up by sending it from another person's account.

And that is why people hesitate to do this when it comes to erotica and you are sel published there or just an author here.

"Yes, amazon my name is Joe Smith this is where I live and all my personal info and those are all my pony girl books up there!"

Why hello big brother, however did you find me:rolleyes:

But.....if you do as I did and simply report content and then just e-mail kdp with the titles and say check into this, that can get it done as well.

In the end who really has formal copyrights to send them anyway?

The paperbacks may stay because I believe createspace, not Turner is the publisher on those. Amazon is just working down her bookshelf on her publisher page.

Meaning say you had 10 books up under your name, but ten more with a publisher and someone reported one of yours under your name, they will only remove those. It goes by publisher account not author name, so those may remain.

Goddamn, you have an AV!

I had to look twice at who was posting.

Just checked on the few that are left(16 now) her e-books have no publisher listed, but the paperback has createspace so as I said they may remain.

Once you are blocked good luck getting back on. Turner will have to find a publisher that has not heard of her or go through someone and several of those Draft2digital type places have walked away from amazon due to hassles of their own. she is pretty screwed there.

Again even if she somehow made a couple of grand off all this its nothing compared to what she is going to lose long term.

Last I checked, when I clicked on a title and then her name, I got back to the same list, and no option for hardcover or paperback books. Maybe they're gone, too.

There is a couple that on the main page say print and kindle edition you have to click on the book, then print edition and it shows up

Looks like those are the Taylor saga, the ones she actually wrote herself. In the sense that she put words together, given that the writing doesn't seem to be all that good (I didn't read enough myself to know).

I made it part way through the first one.....not so good.

But yeah the Taylor stuff is hers.

I just sent this email to xhamster:

fotisampini recently posted "How an 19 year old had become obsessed with my wife". The only problem is that fotisampini stole it. Here is where she swiped it from:
http://www.lushstories.com/stories/wife-lovers/how-a-19-year-old-had-become-obsessed.aspx
It was written by mter100 and posted August 23, 2011 at Lushstories.com.

"Cyber Virgin 2: First Time Anal!!" was also stolen from Lushstories.com. Here's the link:
http://www.lushstories.com/stories/anal/cyber-virgin-2-first-time-anal.aspx

"18 Year Old Ashley Gets More Than She Bargain For". Also stolen from Lushstories.com. Here's the link:
http://www.lushstories.com/stories/reluctance/18-year-old-ashley-gets-more-than-she.aspx

She had already stolen three of my stories that I had taken down from xhamster recently. She has no ethics when it comes to copyright since she continues to upload multiple stories each day. There is no way that she is writing all of those stories. It only took me a couple minutes with Google to find these stolen stories. You should ban her for stealing other people's works because she will not stop otherwise

Still shows 16 (says 18, but two are not hers) I wonder if they called it quits for the night or those are somehow remaining.

I would think she would be blocked for this, but they may be asking her about them, meaning she will be telling the same whopper she told SW.

Is SW going to put her back? I'd hope not after this. More importantly I'd hope they'd see through a lie of creating hundreds of fake accounts.

No, the person I spoke to said she is banned for good and asked that I send him the collected list of thefts on amazon so he can add that to the case.

I guess he did the initial investigation which was to check my story with hers and see who could prove what. From there he had to take it to a senior member and that member was actually the one to contact me because as soon as I found this out I demanded a formal take down of her book.

He said there was no way they were buying her story and she had absolutely nothing to back up her claims so she is done.

Now....I don't know how they keep track of those things. Not sure if she could create another pen name there and start over or not, maybe I will ask.
