The way they get deadbeat parents here is by taking away their permanent fund dividends. Certainly not enough for a years worth, however.

Not sure how it is in other states but here in RI sinus meds-even over the counter stuff like "aleve sinus"- has to be bought at the pharmacy counter and you have to be 21 and show ID.

I guess the reason is you can make meth with some of the ingredients.
