3sum question

I'm looking for some insight into any couples out there that have actually had a 3sum. The wife and I have talked about it for years and fantasized about it many times. We are talking about bring another woman into the mix. I'm 36 and she is 30

The biggest problem is obviously finding the right person. We want someone attractive and someone who gets along with us. Not some total nutcase chick. Obviously not some total whore that fucks anything that moves.

I'm just looking for some sort of feedback from anyone/couples who may have done it in the past. Like how did you meet the person and what was it like afterwards. Did it cause problems with your relationship.

I don't have time to find my previous post right now, but your welcome to go back through them, and you'll find alot of writing about my experience.

What your thinking of doing is sort like opening Pandora's Box. The outcome could be positive and everything you've fantasized about. It could also be negative and tear your entire world apart. You and your partner need to have MANY in depth conversations before diving into something like this. BOUNDRIES need to be set ahead of time, and you should try and consider as many of the "what if's" as possible. PREGNANCY, JELOUSY, STD'S, RESENTMENT, DIVORCE, are real possibilities.

My experience had many facets, some of which were positive, and others that were not so positive. Think it over, and then think about it some more.

My partner and I have been in 3sums for years. But if your relationship isn't strong, don't do it as it will rip you apart. If you go for it you both have to have a clear understanding that it is about recreational sex and nothing more. If you can both agree (rather than one person talk the other into it) you are off to a good start.
Second, finding someone can be difficult. We moved from fantasising to MMF 3sums as I wanted my man to experience that first. We both loved it, then moved on to FFM and then 4somes with other couples. Finding guys is easier, you can pick them uo in a pub or club. Women are more difficult to locate but couples easier again. We have had most success with ads in our local paper, occassionally in chat rooms or message boards. Aussies tend to use boards like Gumtree to make first contact.
