Some people call your situation "unicorn chasing" because there are a lot more M/F couples looking for a Hot Bi Babe than there are Hot Bi Babes looking for couples. It doesn't make it impossible but it does mean you need to think as much about what you're offering the HBB as about what you're looking for.

This is actually not helpful to you (sorry), but I'm actually trying to do this exact thing right now. So far the best I've found is a couple of attractive bi or bi-curious female friends who want just me but not really boyfriend plus me. Boyfriend is unwilling for me to go it just me and her(s). It would be amazing to sleep with either one of them but I don't want to hurt boyfriend, nor would I ever do this behind his back.
