Can anyone please have the patience to provide me a very brief explanation as to why, "the look of the board," has so drastically changed?

I would assume of course, that it must have something to do with the "server exchange" that Manu' R's implementing..... but......

What's vB? An EZ board service?

Is this then a temporary situation? Or is this some sort of "permanent improvement?"

Has the management washed their hands of managing the boards?

Sorry if I've missed this (I've been away) and can't find it (the info as to why) anywhere.

While you are at it - an explanation as to "this Auction thing" would be nice too. A Lavender idea - but - how come? Just fun?

Yes, the auction is for fun and awhile ago it was said that we would become a vbulletin community. Takes a bit to get used to, doesn't it?

VBulletin is the same brand board that we have always used this is just like the latest version of it.

Its like you lease a Chev Escort Beetle every 2 years you up grade to the latest model, well thats what Laurel and Manu did, they upgraded to the latest model with all the latest bells and whistles.

Yes, it most definately looks different... I can't even get my avatar under my name.

So Lavender? Since you know most about this stuff.

The auction? I don't quite get it.

My talents? Like what?

My wit? My southern charm and flirtacious manner? My ability to gross out nearly everyone in the western hemiphere?

My ability to read "what you are like" after very little conversation? My street smarts? My philosophical logic?

Or.....

My musical abilities? My artistic nature? My poetic/lyrical abilities?

My macho stance? Being a former Marine? Loving fast motorcycles and old hot-rods?

My sexual apitite? My love of all women and every yani-yani waling the earth?

Or.....

My natural intellect and humble greatness?

What talent might you mean? All of the above?

And what is a "Lit point?" I have no clue.

Who would bid? And if auctioned off - what would my responsibility be to the purchaser?

So many, many questions.
