I landed in Washington state
Got off the plane and
1) got on my kness and kissed the tarmac
2) was called a baby killer and had human shit thrown on me
3) wondered why I made it back and others did

Once again you show how phony your claims to be a leftist are. All that nonsense about people spitting on GI's returning from Vietnam is mythology invented after the fact by right-wing propagandists. The truth is, most U.S. soldiers returning from Vietnam went straight into the anti-war movement, where they were welcomed with open arms.

I have no idea who you are but I can tell you what happened to me and those on the plane I was on
about 200 of us
was no myth ............

Nor what happened here when the reserve unit shipped out

and no most of us did not enter the anti war movement
I went a hawk and came back a dove
but wanted nothing to do with the war
not even to JOIN some movement

like I said

I just won in Feb

Where did you dig up these "facts"? Out of all my friends in the service at that time, did not go into the protest movement.

Yes there were some, even those who burned their draft cards to prevent going.
