Well I've been there 3 weeks, well this is the third week of my new job.... and I can't belive the way I am treeted.
Each day I work my best, casue I love what I do in two weeks I've finished (as of today) 6 projects, and the guy hired before me in 4 months only did 5. Yes he is on bigger projects but he is in a group i'm on my own.
I have shocked them more then once by finisheing a drawing in mere hours, i've beeting every dead line so far, they keep sugesting mabey he should do this stuff instead that's too easy.
my training is going faster then anyone expected.
my 90 days probation isn't even up and how do they repay me for all my work??????
I GOT A FUCKING RAISE!!!!!!!!!!!!

lol, got called in the office John said the 4 head ones talked it over discused about me, and I'm the fastest worker they have ever seen so decided to raise my wages.
I said it was unexpected cause my 90 days wenrt't through yet.
he said yah, they have never done this but think i've proven myself already.
so I now make $3/hour more then I did before...... and It's only my third week
see, they know how good I am, now I ask you why the hell did it take 2 years to get a job if I am that good?
again YAY ME.
