my boy just got a letter today from the state of connecticut, that he owes 25,000.00 dollars of child's support money..ha, i told that nigga, you better pay up.. if not you will be behind bars for a minute. he doesnt wanna believe me, so let it be. he doesnt know, that Connecticut is a women's state.

all states are womens states. they rarely listen to the father on stuff like that. the woman gets what she wants, no matter what.
here they don't usually say anything about being behind unless the other pushes it. but they usually never let it get past 2 grand before you go to jail for 6 months.
last year i recieved a letter from the board of child support enforcement (after not seeing m kids for over a year) that they were not responsible for collecting child support from me or my employers. notarized, signed by my ex, and dated in peirce county washington state, and filed in the county court system here. she never gave a forwarding address for me to send payments directly to her.
guess she doesn't want it. but if she ever comes begging through the court system in the future, that paper fucks her royally.
and whenever my kids contact me in the future, and if they say anything about it, i can always show the paper to them. and then say, ask your mom.
me and my kids never had a problem with each other. the ex is just a crazy , paranoid, control freak.

My ex is the other way round..... I WANT him to be in contact with the kids, he knows where they are, he has all the contact details....
But he simply doesn't stay in touch with them
And he and the new bitchwife have a restraining order on me, so I can't bring them to him.

Absolutely nothing! I went to their place one day to pick up my kids, parked outside their boundary line, and listened to them abuse the fuck out of me for teaching my kids to speak their minds (new wifey doesn't like that - she's old school).
Anyway, she decided that somehow me being there 'provoked' her into becoming a screeching fishwife, and forced my ex to make an application for a restraining order (granted automatically here).

She also didn't want him to pay any child support, but I have the child support agency garnishing his wages now.

New bitchwife is a very strange woman - looks goth (at nearly 60!) and has a website teaching people how to suck blood from another person safely

Coming from someone who paid child support for 9 years without ever missing a payment there is nothing more duechy than not paying to support your child.

Doesn't matter what the relationship is with "baby mama" that is your flesh and blood and a real man owns up pure and simple.

Tell Junior that they will take his registration, his license, his tax returns both state and federal and sooner or later his dead beat ass.

My bastardex is 50, and the bitchwife is nearly 60. She's the result of an internet dalliance the ex had while still with me..... and my guess is, she lied about her age initially.

Nice to hear a parent with this attitude. I was constantly having to put up with statements from my ex that the child support he sent was making me rich at the expense of our kids. He resented the fact that he had to pay child support, but yet he sure appreciated it when the kids were with him later and I paid child support.

i've always wanted to see my kids. the year before i recieved that paper i hadn't seen my kids because she refused to honor the court order. but she sure liked the child support up until then. she must have found herself a moneybags boyfriend.
here's the kicker, i sent her child support in a certified letter to her last known address, and it was returned undeliverable/refused. she asks for it later, she's fucked.

He has no photos and has not asked for any.

Mind you - our son tells me that the bastardex and bitchwife do not have a single photo of any of our kids anywhere in their house.
