Wife's odd behavior. Is she trying to tell me something?

We went to a concert with a group of friends last weekend. Before the concert started she spotted a friend (whom I've never met) sitting in the front row with her wife. They were both out, and obviously lez. After a brief conversation my wife gives her a hug, then comes bouncing back to her seat beside me, acting giddy. With a big grin she tells me 'That's my friend from yoga. She's gay'
This happened in the front row, in front of 500 people, many of whom we know.
Is my wife trying to tell me something? That's odd behavior for a straight woman, at least I think so.

What do you think? Am I over reacting?
Personally I think you are over reacting, but you should open up the conversation and find out more about her friend and how they got to know each other better. See where it goes. Be open and nonjudgmental.

Sounds like you are allowing your imagination run wild. My exwife is bi. My fiancé I wouldn’t exactly call her bi but she has messed around with at least one female and she said given the opportunity she would so have sex with Britney Spears.

A bit.

Nothing wrong with her being bi. You might enjoy it. 😉

She hugged her friend, who was out with her wife? And smiled after visiting with someone she likes?

She’s not Bi, she’s 100% lesbian now. That’s totally how you catch TheGay™️. Straight women would never hug our friends or smile on the way back from a pleasant conversation.

Does it really matter, so what if she is bi? maybe just maybe you can work a threesome in there

Sometimes a hug is just a hug. But there was a point in time when I was married that I wondered if my wife was bi. It was a bit unsettling to say the least. I guess I would have been supportive of it. I would not have minded if she needed to explore that side, though I would have just liked to know for certain where things stood. I would have even been okay with her spending time with the other woman without me there....I wouldn't have even asked questions. I guess I was trying to figure out if her interests in women was what lead our sex life to drop off so very much. Yes we were busy raising the kids.....but a little sex goes a long way.
