Story is stuck on pending..

My story isnt being processed. Its been pending for 1 month. Is this usual? Any suggestions?

I have a bunch of stories that are stuck in pending, 2 of which have been there for over 2 weeks now. Weirdly my first story was published less than 3 days after I submitted it.
