The ratio of women to men on Lit is grossly disproportionate as it is. Someone created a fucking poem for you all this week! I think if you're looking solely for praise maybe there's another space where you can find that besides MMM? A thread designed... For... Men. Of course women are getting more praise in titty Tuesday, there are like 10x more men on here than women and it shows in almost every thread. If it's really about needing praise and validation (entitlement?) from women maybe this isn't the best place for you to find that.

Editing to add: most women are not *expecting* compliments and praise, curious that you think of women so objectively.

Calm down! Praise, validation, yea compliments? Not at all what I said, careful as I was to use the word "comment" exclusively when referring to women's posts here. Negative as well as positive comments are equally meaningful or informative to me. Silence, not so much.

And I appreciate all poetry here, @LilKitKat's as well as @melimelissa's (who can only be described as "prolific"); read 'em all, because I can't write poetry, so I am fascinated by those who can. On a site called LITetotica, it's kinda perfect.

You are correct that there are a handful of women here who show the flag for their sex (I have edited my original post to reflect this and credited you for the lesson).

However, even accepting a 10:1 ratio of men to women attending Literotica (I think that's too high for the stories, too low for the forums, BTW), the ratio of imagery threads is far higher, meaning MM is itself rare here. Kinda surprised it therefore doesn't attract a healthy percentage of the ":1" women you cite. Men have an incredible number of threads and posts to ogle women. Women have fewer than six that I have seen (excluding AmPics) between Fetish etc. and General. Where demand (interest, need, etc.) is high, but supply is scarce, long lines usually appear (I'm thinking of busy ethnic grocery stores, where ingredients from the homeland may only be found--they are ALWAYS busy!).

Nope, not looking for validation or praise exclusively. (They are welcome of course!) And lest I be accused of cowardice, a photo of my pecker was in one of the threads over a year ago (I'm sure it was purged by the mods in their recent Fahrenheit 451 rampage). As I recall, it attracted little notice (if any praise). You heard no complaints at the time, because I may be wholly unremarkable to women. Fair enough, but the hundreds of guys here in this thread? That's useful info in its own way. I guess.

I hope the few women here are not offended by my observations. They, obviously, are part of the solution, not the problem. Of them, though, I ask: When your sisters post imagery of their bodies elsewhere on Lit, do they really, as @Bearded_one says, not expect compliments or praise or even an observation? Is silence their expectation? You ladies may not know the motivations of a single woman here on Lit, but you're certainly better informed of the opinions and attitudes of women in general than I will ever be, even if you're not possessed of encyclopedic such knowledge. Any is better than none and more is much better than less, the latter being kinda the whole point of my original post.

To be fair, I usually give emoji likes/loves on most of the men's postings (I miss some, but would do it for all for sure and try to when I can!) and sometimes thank them all in a single post, this week being a rather silly poem...it may not have been Robert Frost or Emily Dickinson but it was also a whole 8 minutes of work maybe.

Yes the ratio of m:f users is heavily on the male side, but that also can be interpreted as...the men who do post pics/videos of themselves may be doing so knowing full well that they will only get a handful of likes and comments as opposed to the women.
That can be then be further interpreted as...perhaps men may have different wants and needs...knowing that the audience for MMM is likely to be about 50-100 men and 5-10 women. Are the men dying to get the comments from the handful of women? Maybe some men want other men's appreciation? Is it to hopefully get one of said women to DM you for any number of reasons? Is it because you are an exihibitionist? Just seeking any sort of attention? Trying to compare lengths and widths and whatever else the various other uh...members...?

At any rate, any man...or woman...who dares show themselves on here deserves a like or a thank you comment...whether you find that dick or pair of tits to be "attractive" or not...its brave and empowering. So you may or may not like my silly poem, but I appreciate the guys who dare to post in this thread (y) 🙏 😘
