I was texting with my brother about how stupid people are. It's NOT the light at the intersection that's the problem. If you "can't see oncoming traffic when a car is also turning from northbound" then don't enter the intersection. And don't complain to Cal Trans, the CHP, or the local PD - they aren't in charge of it. Stupid people.
