My daughter requested Salisbury steak and mashed potatoes. I have some radishes that need to be used so butter roasted maybe? Dinner rolls and salad. I have vanilla bean ice cream and some strawberries that I sliced and sugared.

I didn’t grow up eating a lot of American foods and my daughter went to a sleepover (she was 7 or 8) and came home asking if I knew how to cook this food she had. I called the mom and she laughed saying it was just frozen Salisbury steak. I had to look up the recipe to figure out what it was lol. It’s my daughter’s favorite but she admits she prefers the frozen Banquet version over my homemade one
