I've been out in the rain all day. There's a traditional costume festival here. Lots of people in traditional costume, flag wavers (not small flags, but very large flags that are thrown into the air and caught), marching bands, ....
The rain didn't bother anyone. There was music and singing everywhere. Not entirely child-friendly at times.
