I'm actually more worried how tired I'll be the moment I get to my office!
Whenever I've had a late night and have to go in, I tell folks I'm dealing with a migraine and to not disturb me for at least 30 minutes (I generally block off the first 30min-1hour at the beginning of each day for catch up anyway).

I have a couch in my office, so I take a little power nap, and I'm generally good to go.... with tons of caffeine LOL
