Good thoughts headed your way….one of my older friends had pain in his jaw. Advised him to get to the hospital pronto and it turned out he was in the midst of a heart attack. A few stents later he’s doing well.

So I went looking for the relevant study I know exists regarding women having socks on leads to better chances of an orgasm, but instead I found this study.

I’m only on page 35 but I think it’s so interesting, what I’ve taken from it so far is that the visual cortex deactivates during high-intensity erotic films (in women).

When women watch very arousing movies, their brains actually turn down the parts used for processing detailed visual input. This might be the brain redirecting energy to more relevant regions for arousal. It’s like saying: “We don’t need to analyze this. We already know what’s happening.”
