Not many get a death sentence and then make an entire album about it. Warren Zevon did.
I've posted this here before and planned to choose another song from the album, but I can't let this topic pass w/o a mention of this song. It is in my will that this is to be played at my celebration of life.

As a teenager I was gifted this album (vinyl) around 1985 about 21 years after it was released. “Gifted” because the owner was graduating and her excess possessions were distributed throughout the dorm for the collective benefit of the proletariat.
