Oh, when they reach maturity and the ads run we'll deal with a meatlocker. Way alot of small producers do it is they tell the prospective buyer that they work with X meatlocker, and that they owe me $X per pound for the beef and the meatlocker a certain amount as a processing fee.

Interesting. I've never bought meat that way, but I've heard about people buying half a cow, or a quarter cow.
Yup, that's how it works. They pay so much a pound for a quarter or side of beef plus a processing fee to the meatlocker.

What's new is that I can walk through my storage room once again. I worked on it all day today. Tomorrow I'm going to figure out how to send the before and after pics to the Tumblr, "Unfuck Your Habitat" and I'm going to be unfucking famous! Its gonna be awesome.

I know what it's like for me, I like it sometimes.
