I am currently watching, and thoroughly enjoying the HBO/BBC show Rome.
I wondered if anyone one out there would like to do a Roman orgy SRP.

All I ask is that you have a good command of the English language, and post more than 2 lines at a time.

Characters required are simple, Noblemen and women, also slaves, who want to have some sexual fun.
No holds barred.

I will be Cassius Antoninus, Land owner, with a large estate outside Rome, where the orgy will take place. In the gardens, baths, and the great house, plenty of variation in location.
Clothing is simple, naked under a toga.
Thread will be open to all.

If you want to play, post here, with character please.
If I get a good response, I will start it off.

THanks for making this SRP Blue Dolphin, it mixes all the things i enjoy :Classics, history...oh yeah and sex.

I'll play Danae Satyria, the youngest daughter out for 5 female children to a Roman senator. She is now of marrying age (For the sake of Lit's rules and this SRP that will be 18) and her father is hoping to get her off his hands. Danae is pretty enough as far as girls go, she is about 5'3 with dark hair and equally dark eyes. She has lived a rather sheltered life in her Father's home being cared for by a collection of slaves and nurses all her life.
 
Emma (full name Ermhild)

An Allemanian girl, captured as a young girl by the Roman army on one of their many campaigns in Germannia. She is 5'10", well-built, with ice-blue eyes and sandy blonde hair that her master, Lucius Marius, has allowed to grow halfway down her back. Her skin is smooth, tanned, and unblemished by the scars of punishment. She wears clothing only when it is necessary due to weather, during her period, or when decorum requires it (a rarity in decadent Rome, even in public!).

Emma has been used as a sex slave for a number of years, and has resigned herself to this existence. She knows her life could be far worse, and accepts her status as property in exchange for her master's care and attention. She follows her master to the orgy with a mixture of eager interest and uncertainty ... her master has not allowed any other to touch her before now....

Blue, you read my mind! I always thought it'd be a ton of fun to do a Roman SRP. Thanks for making this.

I will be Lucius Marius, a neighbour and friend to Cassius Antonius (if you don't mind, that is). He is a wealthy knight (a.k. horseman class, a.k. nobleman, etc; tons of different english translations around :) ). His estate is next to Cassius's and this is where he spends most of his time, directing operations of other people, though he himself holds no public office other than a senator's place, which he almost never uses.

Moderate in food, wine, and sports, the entire amount of Lucius's decadence lies in sex. He keeps a horde of sex slaves (including Emma, if shadow doesn't mind) and regularly throws or visits orgies. He is not married, but still fairly young, in his mid-twenties. Wealth and power makes him a lucrative candidate for any high-bred father looking for a match to his daughter, but his sexual decadence turns some away.

I'm interested, but also hving a bit of writers block.

Question though:

Will this be focused on the orgy, or the setting? I.E. the focus on sex, with rome as the setting, or we goign all out on some story here?

Either way is cool, just wanna know how much effort to spend on the character.

To be perfectly honest, I am not concerned with the semantics of this.

No doubt there will be secondary themes now and then, and different locations, the garden, the baths, bedrooms etc.
All is fine for me
It is an orgy, for people to play and have fun as I see it
No more, no less.
I am happy just to let it run and develop its own course.

I was reading the thread with great interest as I've always thought this would be a great idea and was hoping it's not too late to join.
