Try using a dildo or vibrator in one hole and you in the other. This way she gets the feel of it and you can find out if she likes it or not. Then move up from there.

Do a search on double penetration. The may also be one in The Blank Manual sticky at the top of this forum. You should find tons of experiences and advice on your questions.
