SkyyAngel said:I didn't ask how to avoid one.Why should me (and others) have to leave a board I/we like because one person is an asshole/bitch and discriminatory?
done_got_old said:Can you provide examples of said behavior?
SkyyAngel said:Threatening to delete threads because they *supposedly* don't follow the rules when they know damn well that there are a million other threads on the board that don't and that mine are.
Just being a general asshole/bitch following me and friends from thread to thread with their little groupies and bringing shit in from other threads to start more shit in that one.
Just to start with.
bcsimmons said:I have been to some of these How to sites and Sky is right. Some Mods take the freedom of these boards and try to confine them. The people who started the threads did break any of the rules, and were not doing anything wrong when that mod came in and threaten to move it to the "playground." Why??? So I applaud Sky for starting this thread it took real courage. Sky, you rock!!
LadyGuinivere said:Did you ever stop to think if you're being told this by more than one Mod, that maybe it's not the Mod's that are the problem?
bcsimmons said:I was actually trying to be kind and not trying to single out one particular mod.
LadyGuinivere said:Why not? It's not like the intention of the post was missed![]()
Cathleen said:I can't see how this thread is anything but retaliatory in nature. If you have issues with the conduct of a moderator you could contact them privately as well as Laurel or Manu.
Considering that most of the posts made by Skyy and bcsimmon are in the Amateur Pic Forum and the General Board the reason this thread is here in the 'How To' seems just to be spiteful. It certainly could have been posted on the GB, where it is not moderated as such.

SexyChele said:Finally, words of wisdom!!
In the years that I've been here, I can't recall how many of these types of threads pop up because some one has an issue with a mod. These threads never, ever do any good whatsoever, and why should they?
If Skyyangel and bcsimmons have some sort of issue with Lady G, then take it up with her via PM or with Laurel. The majority of us here don't live and die by Literotica and feel the mods are doing a good job for what they get paid. (Which, btw, is zip) These threads only serve to air one's pettiness. Life isn't always what you want it to be and people aren't always who you want them to be. Deal with it and get on with life.

Personal ads should be posted in the "Personals" forum, story ideas in the "Story Ideas" forum, BDSM issues in the BDSM forum, random nonsense on the General Board, and so on.
Tania_Rides said:And just because a mod doesn't get paid doesn't mean that they should have the right to abuse and be ignorant to other people who visit lit, that's what trolls are for.
SweetErika said:I COMPLETELY agree, Tania...no one should abuse or be ignorant here, especially not the mods.
Abuse: to treat cruelly or inhumanely with the intent to offend or hurt
Now if you can give definitive proof of any of the mods being abusive, I'll be more than happy to join your and Skyy's cause to oust those mods. You might want to keep in mind that calling people names like "shitty" "bitch" "whore" IS verbal abuse by most reasonable people's standards, so be prepared to receive the same treatment you are seeking for the mod(s) in the interest of fairness and equality.
