The $15 dollar National minimum wage?
Single Payer Healthcare Care for all Americans
Affordable access to higher education as a pathway to good jobs?
Getting large corporate interests to actually.pay taxes to pay for.some of the above?
Stopping the killing of unarmed black men... preventable and unnecessary deaths due to racism.

all of these are end goals.... any others you wanna talk about?

Those are authoritarian measures by the federal government to force said equity at the national level with some race baiting lies sprinkled on top.

Two professors(tenured) teaching at a University....one is paid much higher than the other for a job that is essentially the same for both(Equity?)

But, one Professor is a female and one is a male (the male gets paid more)

When this happens over and over again...it is time for equity under the law.

There are all sorts of reasons for discrepancy in pay, which is a private matter between those involved in the exchange. Not the federal governments business.

If you are ever in the position of being an employer you most likely would be sued and lose(big time) because if your belief above(which isn't exactly clear accept that you seem to support pay inequity because you view any manner of bringing it to light as authoritarian and socialist...which it ain't...but that is another topic)

If you were an employer you would be considered a bad one that discriminates(in this case against women).

If you were an employer (not an owner) you would be fired for this type of inequity. This has been the law of the land for a few decades...but I take it you missed the memo.

I have, am and do discriminate....just like every employer.

I don't discriminate against women, the JOB might, has and will again in the future.

But I don't...hired 4 of them to help me wash/pack bulbs/rhizomes this past spring/fall.

I wouldn't hire one to shovel shit if one even applied.....I want someone who can sling clods for a few hours at a stretch and Ms. 130lbs and never done hard labor in her life ain't qualified. I don't know who the hell you've been talking to, but I'm on the left and all I want is policy.

More robust policy to combat the effects of climate change.
Policy to facilitate less reliance on fossil fuel for the transition to a green energy?
Removing our troops from Afghanistan.
Universal healthcare.
Policy that does something about the plague of student loan debt or does something about runaway tuition costs for colleges.
Policy to facilitate the revitalization of our manufacturing base in this country.
Policy to facilitate the repair and rebuilding of our national infrastructure.
Sensible gun sale regulation.
Policy to do something about the many people will find themselves homeless once the eviction moratorium is over.
Policy to do something about half the small businesses in america that has permanently shut their doors due to the lockdowns and economic downturn.

You see you should talk to me. Policy is always king in my mind, and I'm willing to bet you agree with a couple of policies on my list above. I really don't give a shit about the culture war bullshit, but that's all the right bitches about all the fucking time.
