Ladies Who Have Lost Weight / Increased Sex Drive ?.

My Wife was very highly sexed and quite adventurous . When she turned 40 her sex drive dropped considerably . I though that it was her age . I also noticed that she had put on a few extra pounds . Recently she has been on an extensive weight loss program and visits the gym . She has lost a lot of weight . It may be coincidental but I have noticed her sex drive has increased lately . I guess that it has boosted her self esteem and she feels more attractive . So....Ladies who have lost weight , have you found the same ?. Gentlemen if your partner has lost weigh have you noticed that your partner has been feeling a little more in the mood ?.

I lost 200 pounds one day and was *far* more in the mood... His name was Jeff.

In all seriousness, my libido itself was not affected when I lost (and am continuing to lose) weight, but my confidence went up, my stamina went up, and my ability to try all the positions without being self-conscious was *wonderful.* YMMV

When you feel better about yourself, it's normal for the sex drive to go up. If you spend your time self conscious and convinced you are ugly/fat/whatever... then it is harder to get out of your head and enjoy the moment.... which makes sex less fun.
