And now, a new problem.

So this morning (29 October, 0649hrs, CST, USA), I went to a story's site map, picked a thread, and when I clicked on it, this message came up:

Error querying: Unknown column 's.story_id' in 'on clause'

WTF is with Chyo these days? Anyway, I proceeded to try other threads, and got the same message. I also get the same message if clicking on the begin story tab at the title page of every story, or if I go to my "home", click on my threads, and select a thread or go to feedback and try to select a thread.

Think it will be three days before this gets fixed? This is frustrating. I wish the powers that be would get their act together.

I know, I get the same message whenever I try to access a thread.
This is what, the third problem this week?

Well, there's a way to get to threads you can edit, if you need to

http://www.chyoo.com:81/index.php/member.thread.addedit/NNNNN

or even to add new threads:

http://www.chyoo.com:81/index.php/member.thread.addedit/0/NNNNN

but they're a pain to read in the edit box, and you can't get to threads you can't edit.

Seems like there's a problem with one of the tables in the database, specifically a missing column in that particular table. The cause could be a database problem or changes made to the database.

Or maybe I'm completely mistaken...

Putting this one back on-top since there's some spam-fuck working his way through the forums.

Anyone heard from Setic?

Setic is AWOL

I have not seen any posts from him since his last one back in May I think. It would seem like it was about time for the "changes" to happen, but who knows.

Gauging how literotica usually treats its subsidiary sites we probably won't hear anything for another year or so. It's one thing not to update something, but how long does it take to respond to a post saying that you aren't working on something and that people shouldn't expect anything in the near future. Would it really be that hard to update us as to what is going on with the site.

If you look at the Literotica forums, there are always new posts about improvements and such. Lit gets all the attention while Chyoo gets the run off. I don't know why the site doesn't get advertisers. With as much traffic as Chyoo gets it would probably pay for improvements.
