Yup, right there in good ole Canada. Labs are hard to build up in the US primarily due to the difficulty in getting the precursor chemicals. What gets smuggled into our ports is finished product, the penalties for the precursors or the finished product are the same to if your going to take the risk, go for the ready to be packaged and distributed product.
