I don't want to sound piggish, but given that those men are (likely) going to die sooner than the women spreading their legs for them and the fact that they're (the women) past the complicating factor of getting pregnant, it's as pure and selfless an act as can be imagined.

Guys don't change the way girls do. Our needs and the discomfort (yeah, pain) that can come from not having them met/relieved are very real. Ladies, want to feel good about your attractiveness in your golden years? Give a man pleasure. Proof you're everything a man could want. Proof you're everything a woman can give.
