Putin has said that because the US and the UK have supplied missiles to Ukraine and they have been fired into Russia, that means that the US & UK are at war with Russia.

However, North Korea have been supplying weapons and troops to Russia against Ukraine and that means that the US & UK are already in a state of war against North Korea.
