We are going to travel soon and wish to take a compliment of dildos. Does anybody have experience with this? Any problems?

1. When your suitcase goes through the x-ray machine they will stop the conveyer belt, gather all the staff around and burst out laughing while looking around to see who it belongs to.
2. If you do leave batteries in your toys and shuffling of cases accidentally turns the toy on it will set off alarms. The plane will then emergency land at first available airport.
3. If flying into USA they won't let you through customs and will be put on the next available flight home. They are very prudish over there.
4. No matter how well you wash them the sniffer dogs will get you every time.

If you transport them in a carry on bag or persona item (purse or backpack) they will be x-rayed and they will be examined when your bag goes through the line. Other employees will probably come and examine your goods.
If you pack them in your checked bags, then they will still be x-rayed and examined, but you will not be there when it happens.
As the poster above stated, best to remove batteries before traveling.

If the toy designer cot very creative and there might be a question what the toy is print out the catalog page and pack it, picture out withe the toy

Citation needed?

I mean, I believe you about the "prudish" part but I'm skeptical of the "will turn you away" part. It's not contraband.

No matter how well you wash them the sniffer dogs will get you every time.
What do you mean, "get you?" Why would they be trained to alert their handlers to these scents? They aren't drugs or bombs.

Again, if you have a citation, I'd be interested to see it. Not saying you're wrong, just that if it's true I'm very surprised.

Maybe that makes me the dummy.

Take any batteries out, put them in zip-top plastic baggies, and have fun?

Lol… and said so authoritatively! Lol…

I’ve packed plenty of sex toys in my luggage with no problem. I never leave batteries in the toys in general so flying is the same. Worst I ever got was a TSA brochure wrapped blatantly around Goliath (my biggest dildo) in my checked bag. Had to wash it multiple times before I felt comfortable using it again. TSA employees would be fired if they “gathered around and laughed”.

On picking up a couple at the airport and arriving home, while unpacking the car I attempted to inform as quietly as I could "Your suitcase is vibrating". I was aware what the cause would be. I did my very best to usher her to the room they were staying so the issue could be taken care of discretely. Other guests and her husband were wondering why the hellos were being delayed so once again I tried to be discrete in telling him "the suitcase is vibrating". The husband thought this was hilarious and told all in attendance, then the teasing began. They were an elderly couple in their mid 70s and she was mortified for the teasing.

So it does indeed happen. I thought the husband a bit of a jerk for telling everyone.

I also have a client who is a Sex Therapist and runs an online adult toy shop. She was asked to be a guest speaker at a women's conference in a predominantly Muslim country. She carried with her a sizable collection of packaged adult toys for discussion. Embarrassment was not what she was concerned for. There were absolutely no issues at customs. As a seasoned traveller she made sure no device would accidentally turn on.

I think he forgot to use the "I'm joking" emoji.

As an additional precaution, be very. very careful about what else you pack on a carry-on. The we'll-inspect-your-bag-here spot is generally right where all the other passengers are collecting their shoes and belts. The last thing you want is for something odd to trigger an open inspection...

Checked baggage is best.

Hmmmm I wonder what to do about toys that don’t have batteries and are rechargeable…
If they are rechargeable, then they have batteries! What else would you want to recharge??? Sometimes removable, sometimes permanently built-in.

Dildos? Zero problems, just pack the separately so they aren’t touching, if you want to take vibrators, run the batteries down before travel and recharge them at your destination, easy and fun
