I had the most yummy tuna salad sandwich for dinner and grapes.... nothing by mouth after midnight......I am having an egd tomorrow at 130. My dad is taking me. God help me. My stomach was bad today. I had to go to a doc office today and he is such an arrogant asshole..... he is angry we are there and takes it out on us.... he called me to yell at me a couple weeks ago.... dick

It's not OK for him to yell at you. That's abuse. Just hang up on him when he does that! You should have a compliance officer. Talk with this person.

easy to get overwhelmed and then in a hole and feel it difficult to dig your way out.
One project, task, chore, questionnaire at a time... few minutes a day, every day.
It gets better, easier the longer you work at it.

With time, a new normal sets in. Projects help keep our mind busy. If you need a day of doing nothing, just do that. I know and have done so.

I love thunder and lightning. As a kid I could watch storms from the front porch. Over time I have been too close to lightning strikes and have seen the ground smoking. One time on a boat we were headed in to the dock and the guy on the boat hair started standing up!!!!
