Edits to already-published stories receive lower priority from the site compared to new stories, of which there are usually at least a hundred and sometimes close to two hundred published each day. Depending on the circumstances, two weeks to a month for the edited version to go live is not uncommon. It's possible, of course, that your update got lost in the shuffle. You can try submitting a new edit, but that's likely to push it to the back of the queue again and re-start the timer.
If you choose to do so, you might consider including a note to the admin/editor about the changes, such as if they're minor corrections to spelling and grammar or the like. It might help get an edit approved more quickly, but ultimately, she's presumably going to be checking to make sure none of the changes run afoul of the submission guidelines, like someone trying to be sneaky by going back and changing a character from eighteen to sixteen or stuff like that.
You can also try sending a private message to Laurel, the editor, through the forum via the direct message envelope. She does not often respond to such messages (she presumably gets a lot), but if a story or edit did in fact get lost, it may get 'shaken loose' in a day or two after such contact. But again, there's a reasonably good chance that two or three weeks is just currently the normal turnaround time for edits.

I have one pending since October 5. Like @Bamagan says, it isn't their top priority. My last one took over 3 weeks to get approved.

The longest it ever took me for an edited story was about five weeks; the shortest was about four days. Yes, it's very unpredictable. When you submit the revised version, put a note in the box to the moderator mentioning what you've changed. If it's just a few typos, they might approve it faster.

Wow, one hundred to two hundred stories per day. Someone estimated here, from the daily lists, that it happened very week. In any case, it's mass production as I once said.

216 new stories today, and that pretty normal. It's a good then there are millions of readers.

The last time I submitted an edit to a story, Jo and I had just adopted our son. He started college yesterday, and I'm still waiting for it to be published! 😱😱

Do I have to tell you that's a joke? It took 14 days, which can seem an eternity, but 'tisn't that along a'tall.

I've seen people who favorite one of my stories who have hundreds of other favorites, I think. For some people reading here is a hobby, I suppose.

The last guy that favorited any of my stories (he favorited three of them) piled up more than 10,000 favorites in three years. Not sure if his hobby is reading or favoriting. It does kinda dilute my perceived value of a favorite.
