Yes, it is clearly AI. Some sure signs of AI, especially in older ladies, are defined abdominals, smooth very reflective skin on her breasts and torso. Wrinkles on her face that don't appear anywhere else. Hands are usually a dead giveaway, as the AI can't do them right yet, so they are often cropped or hidden in some way. And lastly a background that is plain and without any detail.

I'll say this though, that is a marvelous image. The day is coming when we won't be able to tell.
