So so true, and same. It’s never even occurred to me to do that. Wtfi dont understand the thrill...the guilt, fear of rejection, and potential for a warranted scene have always kept me from trying anything like that...the thought doesnt even cross my mind. i have a pathological need to be wanted...if the attention isnt wanted or exciting to the person im giving it to then i dont want it.
Yes!! You can do it! Pace yourself at the start, you’ve got this!!...And a good morning to all! I do enjoy the challenge put forth by @MiaBabe23! For today - I will attempt to do a "Murph" workout in under 50 min! I have been attempting this for some time now but I think with the help of the Queens of this Court and the Court itself...I will prove successful or die trying lol
Oh shit that’s what it is???!!! Sub hour?!1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, 1-mile run
good luck with that...
one of my favorite events from the 2016 crossfit games...that it was won by a veteran in such a convincing fashion made it even cooler...
last section of this video is even better...
An outfit for me to complete my challenge?!?!Oh shit that’s what it is???!!! Sub hour?!
*sideways glance and smile at our Confessor, thinking I should’ve given him a more revealing outfit*
The book club sounds fantastic!Going to use part of my lunch break to swing by the library and sign up for one of their book clubs. Something I've been meaning to do for a while, but haven't gotten around to. First up, "Killers of the Flower Moon" by David Grann.
I hope this meets the criteria for the second challenge.
As for doing the thing that I don't thing I can do... I'll have to give that one more thought. There are some difficult conversations I've been putting off. But it might just be less painful to attempt a cartwheel and crack my head open.
Makes one feel like being violent, doesn't it? I know that isn't appropriate, but sometimes I think it would be effective. So so true, and same. It’s never even occurred to me to do that. Wtf
I think it’s because they can. I already complained about him being aggressive, and was told “Oh, we’ve never had any complaints about him. I really like him.”
That kinda attitude just gives free rein to someone to do whatever tf they want
Sometimes there are some people who just need a fresh punch in the faceMakes one feel like being violent, doesn't it? I know that isn't appropriate, but sometimes I think it would be effective.
Thanks Hairball, I sort of have, and took full notes of their responseHave it in writing so that if something comes up again you have proof that you already raised concerns about this person.
Yeah, it does tbh. I do self-defense training to avoid this kinda situation as much as possible, yet there, it’s a situation where there’s not much I can doMakes one feel like being violent, doesn't it? I know that isn't appropriate, but sometimes I think it would be effective.
I meant your Confessor outfit, but maybe I need to find one for your challenge, yes!An outfit for me to complete my challenge?!?!
Yes!!!!Sometimes there are some people who just need a fresh punch in the face
Same. Self-defense is crucial, but it isn't the right approach for every situation. Even if it would feel good. There are a lot of aspects and ramifications to consider.Yeah, it does tbh. I do self-defense training to avoid this kinda situation as much as possible, yet there, it’s a situation where there’s not much I can do
if it happens in class i would make the biggest scene..."kindly refrain from touching me inappropriately as you pass out assignments or enter my space, i do not appreciate your continued violation of my personal space and do not wish to make this a university issue. so please do the right thing"...so that everyone can hear me, haha.Yeah, it does tbh. I think white rum is typically used for daiquiris, but I typically don't dilute my liquor.Well, I don't drink much rum at all. If someone has daiquiris I'll drink them - I think those use the white?
I've tried a couple times straight, and I liked the darker ones. They all tend to be a bit sweet for my taste.
An old bf used to say, "Just punch 'em in the throat!" if someone was giving me a hard time.Yes!!!!
A fresh one lmao - we know he’s been punched, we know he’s gonna get punched in the future, rn I should be adding to the tally!
It's a Banned Book Club. So they read books that have been banned from classrooms in certain parts of the country for one reason or another. Very few books are explicitly "banned," but plenty of school boards have made it clear what types of books could land teachers in some uncomfortable situations. The book club sounds fantastic!
Hm don’t bounce yourself into conversations though, unless you’ve been wanting that push to do it. Maybe write down what you would say?
I would love whatever my co-Queen gives me!I meant your Confessor outfit, but maybe I need to find one for your challenge, yes!
If you need a helping fist...please let me knowYes!!!!
