super thin sliced taters, coated in flour before throwing them into the pan with butter, cream and cheese. I usually add caramelized onions too. I suppose one could add ham but I prefer just the carbs!

And even that is more of a pox on the cook than the potatoes

I tried making gnocchi once. Sweet potato ones, I think? They came out so so so terribly. Inedible. And they took so long to make. What a disappointment.
