dems: yet... there are states who are determined to rule conception as the point of 'life', awarding 'personhood' on embryos and therefore curtailing IVF treatment which often means spare embryos being created and discarded in the future.

If Dottering Don says anything, my default position is he's not being truthful until proved otherwise. So yeah, he says he supports IVF and would even socialize it, but he could have passed this just like he trashed the immigration bill.
