I referred to both camps being anti-American, not everyone in both camps. There is a distinction, though the use of the "you" pronoun was probably ill-advised. That being said, he's still a troll who uses personal attacks. I generally avoid personal insults. That's a key difference as well. That's the sort of thing that makes him a troll and not me.

Also, both sides do horrible things at about the same rate. It's not as lopsided as you think, but you don't think that some of the things that the Democrats do that are awful actually are awful. I do. That's on you.
