Disrespect for the Dead in Arlington National Cemetery

Rightguide claimed the families "granted permission" to photograph the restricted area of Arlington.
The permission was not theirs to give.
Their "permission" does not override national cemetery policy, no matter how hard you try to spin it to the contrary.

You bring great shame to yourself, your family, the legal profession and the California State Bar Association once again.

You are a weak man: spiritually, physically and mentally.

ARLINGTON gave permission after Speaker Mike Johnson got involved at the FAMILIES request.

Jeebus, you fucking Lefies are so fucking stupid it amazes me that anyone can be that stupid and not spontaneously combust.

Notice how Derpy would lie and dissemble until the heat death of the universe before admitting he'd made an error of fact.

There's a reason that he, a "lawyer", has not set foot in a courtroom for over five years and it is NOT the lack of wheelchair access folks.

Oh lookie, the instant Ad Hom attack on my character and professional standing because rubbery suddenly noticed that he just got his ass handed to him yet again.

You really do need to get your act together, rubbery.

Speaker Mike Johnson does not have the authority to override established military protocol OR national monument policy either.

Keep trying.
Keep lying.
That's what weak spineless men such as yourself do.

A sitting president paying his respects to America's deceased veterans being photographed by the official photographer of Arlington Cemetery is in no way, shape or form the equivalent of a cheap political stunt done by a political candidate's staff in an election year to generate political propaganda.
^^ this

nor does it involve trampling over graves, setting up tripods on them, verbal insults, scuffling, physical altercation, or smirking with thumbs up in a most undignified, unpresidential manner.

One of the first things the MAGA movement did is adopt the evangelical concept of hypocrisy not being a thing that needs to be acknowledged.

We see that at work every day here. Do as I say, not as I do applies when you have god (for them, Trump and righteousness) on one's side.

This problem is now prolific in America. The only way to make people go back to recognizing hypocrisy, is pain; being a hypocrite needs to hurt - period. 😏

I'm hopeful those days are coming. If they don't, it'll be one of the key factors in the end of our democracy, I believe.

Co-signed and seconded.

None of which happened except in your head and the heads of the other snowflakes and Karens who couldn't acknowledge reality if it bit them on their asses.

Not sure what law school you attended but at most they teach that "truth is an affirmative defense".

Your posting career here is a veritable fever swamp of misdirection, fabrication, gratuitous mis-interpretation and outright lying, sprinkled with ad hominem and personal attacks on those who have the temerity to disagree with you.

pro-tip: Don't dish it out if you can't take it.....and you obviously can't.

This is a deflection away from butterfatz' claim based on her "acid test" that there'd be "outrage" if someone like Harris did it. Well, there's Joe in the cemetery and NO ONE is "outraged" by him posting an image.

Which makes the claim a LIE and you trying to deflect away from it isn't a good look.

Also, so far there hasn't been a "political use." Posting the image on a Tik Tok account doesn't automatically make it one even if the account belongs to someone running for office.

Your TDS is twisting your mind into believing lies.

Joe didn't do what Trump did - make a partisan political campaign ad at Arlington.

Joe Biden, as president, went to Arlington and was photographed by the official photographer.

Is this another one of your "oh I can't be blamed for what google returned" moments?

I didn't have to: I read their words as given to news media outlets
How many of those section 60 parents spoke out and how many people are buried in that section? Did all 1500 in that section express an opinion? Why don't you post the evidence?

So when will Joe Biden, Merrick Garland, and Jack Smith be seeking another indictment of Donald Trump in response to this flagrant violation of federal law?

Do we need to break out the old “One of these things is not like the other” Sesame Street lesson for toddlers to clarify things for Derpy???

🤔

Whether any of it happened or not, no matter your politics, it's really not the thing to do. That's why the army made rules about it. It's really about common human decency. It's unfortunate that he chose to do that. The thumbs up pic is in really poor taste. But go ahead, keep defending it.

Army policy and national monument policy is not dictated by the families of those buried there, no matter how often you and the Weakspine push that egregious falsehood.

The only "choice" they have input on (as far as I know) is what, if any, religious symbol (cross, crescent, Star of David, etc) is placed on the actual tombstone. Under Dubya, the Hammer of Thor and the Pentagram were added as "acceptable" religious symbols. Actually did see a pentagram the last time I toured Arlington, though I doubt the soldier had any direct relation to your bloodline, given your family history of "bone spurs".

My my my, now X/Twitter is instituting a censorship policy on Trump's Political Stunt at Arlington. Anyone attempting to click the link to the NPR website news article about Trump's campaign stunt on Twitter gets a generated warning about an "UNSAFE LINK"

Twitter readers immediately added a Reader Note to the link, stating that the NPR link was safe

It appears that Rightguide and Derpy Von Weakspine's pathetic attempt at damage control over this controversy has failed completelt, and stepdaddy Elon is stepping in to try and drive readership elsewhere.

You seem to be quite exercised by it all.
