Is anyone following this case? It made all the usual UK news sources. Obviously the truth is yet to come out pending investigation, just wondering what the coverage is like across the pond and how it's been perceived x

The truth is the ship done got blowed over in a storm.

The builder said the ship was unsinkable, so there’s that to sort.

The builder of the Titanic said the same.

Mother Nature always proves she has the upper hand over humans.

When you leave the windows and doors open you get what you deserve.

Your sardonic sarcasm is not fitting here. No one deserves to die in such a fate.

CNN carried a segment on this interviewing a number of people associated with the design etc. The belief strongly suggests a water spout in the storm tipped the boat.

Speculations are:
  • There was no night watch crew awake
  • The protocols for hatch closures for nighttime were not followed
  • The design of the vessel was flawed
  • And, of course, LLCox's sarcastic view: they got what they deserved, perhaps for being billionaires.

So, it dun got sunked by a storm becuse they left the windows open. We already covered that.
