The 50 Plus Cafe, Pub, All-Nite Greasy Spoon and Dive Bar

I know I sound bossy, but I say what I say based on experience and not stuff I picked up in my reading. And I like you and don't want to see/hear about problems that came your way from something 100% avoidable. This is why you introduce new chickens to the flock at night.
You're not bossy, Wat! I appreciate your caring! 😘🥰

And, I'll remember this if I ever get chickens! 🤣🐣🐔

Find a reputable HVAC contractor in your area and see about a service contract. If it dies, you can replace it was an a/c. It'll be cheaper. But ride that pony over the finish line. If it does die in winter, you'll still be toasty warm. You have a Cadillac system.
Thank you! 😘

I still have the contact info of the guys who put in the whole system. My husband was ski buddies with one of them. I would call them if it failed. I know they will take care of me.

Happy Thursday!!! It's still cooler here, too. Maybe 80 today and below 60 now. It's a nice touch. Beginning to feel like some headway is being made at work. That's a nice touch. I also like the guys we have working there. Even the drywall goof tried, I reckon. Anyway, cup #1 is underway.
I'm so glad you're liking your new job, Wat! 🤗🤗

When I was (much) younger and a bit more foolish, I used to go out with my girl group. We would have these tequila shots with a 7-UP float. I forgot what we called them. You put your hand over the top of the shot glass, bang it on the table, then drink it down.

I can't drink like that any more. When I do drink (it's rare), two is about my limit. 🥂
We did flaming dr peppers similar to that. The banging came afterwards https://lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com/docsz/AD_4nXf99GLBoQXN1wWVy-qXFzlttFNZvvBsJWCN4KfD9J7UGYEBEIenh5siwbZzcx51HXJ63BHG7e8DBPNK3IFCs519WbYVr97aPZ6EOnvArsH7Kilgfnq8DzxOY2S-SYSyHWcFtUYeGH8KsSOLvhcnNCnGFJ0g?key=jY9Az0Ixp_0zToql93IJFw

Heading for my second cup...I'm glad it's Thursday. I didn't even have to go to work on Monday and the week already seems long. Still don't feel divorced yet. I guess it's because 3 years have already gone by. That's prolly why the week felt so long. Monday was a bit stressful. I'm just glad he didn't show up.
My lawn is so tall I have bunnies hiding in it. I had to stop my kid from trying to catch them. I have to mow if it will stop raining this weekend.
It will take a bit for it to sink in. Hang in there, girl! Just one more day to the weekend!

Poor baby! All of you! Is she taking the kitten to the vet? When they're small and young, they don't have much on reserve. They can become dehydrated quite quickly.
The vet told her to try again and wait and watch. If kitten behavior changes come in. No bad news came last night so I think the kitten ate and kept it down. I will know more later today.

Thank you! 😘

If it’s ten yrs old, it needs to be looked at. I’m on my third HeatPump in 24 yrs. Of course down south where I’m at we get a huge range of 95+ down to 25 in the winter sometimes. Our first unit the tonnage wasn’t large enough. Worked itself to death. The other, the P-trap would get slime in it and backed up. I rigged it and it helped but it went out around that ten yr mark. We just replaced a capacitor that rusted outside on the NEW one! 🙄. My wife finally opted in on the $25 a month plan where they come out.

Long story short…have it checked out. It might save you some money. Saving money and Morning Z…ahhhh…

That's good. It's more important that kitten drinks. Milk, if s/he can have it, will provide nutrition, calories, and fluids.
