I wish that were my employee number!!Kinda right. It's 69.
Remember when we were kids and typed it in a calculator and thought we were soo risquéHmmmm, no . . . .
Truth....never trust a fart
I have a friend with no ac and she said she is good. If you never have it you don't miss itThanks, It is but I wake up sometimes and wonder what it would be like with out it and how people survived down here before AC. I have back ups!
I understand that with a few caveats. I have had AC. I am on the Gulf coast of central Florida and it is not only the heat but add in the humidity. Is is regularly above a dewpoint of 70+. That is a 90 degree day feels like 105. I worked outside in the desert in 115 degree days but it was dry. I kept my tools under a piece of cardboard so they were not too hot to pick up. I was stationed here in the Air Force for almost 2 years and do not recall the heat at all. I was 18 to 21 then. I spent basic training in TX and there were guys that passed out on the parade grounds. In my advanced age it is much different. How young is your friend?I have a friend with no ac and she said she is good. If you never have it you don't miss it
that and the basement tends to be coolerI am old enough to remember my childhood when we did not have AC. In the middle of the day you found shade and did nothing. Mostly active in the morning or evening.
as long as that's a good thingI am lucky today. Work is cutting hours and I am home for the day!!
It is always good to miss work!! Now to relax and see what kind of trouble I can get into. Oh wait I mean stay out of trouble. Lolas long as that's a good thing

I can’t wait to see wats reply to this…Good number. I like that number but does the exclamation mark stand for pegging? We learn something new every day about our friends in Lit land...
true. That's why I just blow it every 3 to 4 months. I did have to make my own attachment for it though. It kept blowing water back at me so I got creative and made my own. Much better now. Easy peasy
I did too. It didn’t affect me none!I gave up sugar in the coffee 40 years ago. Obviously, it didn't kill me.
We have one in one of our rental properties. It seems to need a lot of maintenance, but the tenants seem to be all right . That’s all I can say about it.I have a neighbor who has a heat pump. I need to ask him how it’s going. It might help me with my heating and cooling bills.
Still no AC. I really don’t like it.I am old enough to remember my childhood when we did not have AC. In the middle of the day you found shade and did nothing. Mostly active in the morning or evening.
Oh no. That sucks. Needs to be able to drain. When this house was built it had AC in attic and it flooded and destroyed the ceiling. I am going to check mine today. I have a reminder on my calendar to check twice a month. Plus there is a float that will shut the unit down.Tried it. Doesn't work. My POS was here when they installed it and allowed them to lay the pipe in and awkward place that lays flat for 13 or 14 ft, then comes up at a 90 degree angle with a pour spout that stands a little less than a foot high.
I get WHY they do those things, but it always feels like a real gotcha.Dear Cyber Security Team,
With all due respect, please take your simulated phish attack email and stick it where the sun don't shine.
This is the last thing I need on day two after a software upgrade.
Sincerely,
A Worker Bee
right? it's the timing mostly. only day 2 after the software upgrade. still a bit busyI get WHY they do those things, but it always feels like a real gotcha.
Fuckers.
When I had the AC installed 6 years ago is was one that shoots high velocity air from the floor. So, all drains etc are in the basement. The forcing of cold air up to the ceiling made for a very efficient room circulation.Oh no. That sucks. Needs to be able to drain. When this house was built it had AC in attic and it flooded and destroyed the ceiling. I am going to check mine today. I have a reminder on my calendar to check twice a month. That's where ours was before it broke. That is why we had to run pipe drain.Oh no. That sucks. Needs to be able to drain.
