Prob less than if not linked to merit pay it is all blah blah blah...getting a 3 % raise this uear... "thanks for all your hard work" and a 1000$ bonus...big whoop.... the managers get 8 to 12 % of salary...so thousands of dollars..... too bad my elec water sewer qnd trash went up 5 % my property takes increased and so did my homeowners and auto insurance
